What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a strong style of movement designed to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. Each posture is linked together with breath, creating internal heat to burn toxins stored within the body. Sometimes referred to as “power yoga”, this practice is great for runners, cyclists and tri-athletes. Qualified instructors will lead clients through a series of poses designed to challenge the body and expand personal limitations. This very approachable style of yoga is appropriate for athletes of all levels or for anyone looking for a new and challenging way to improve physical & mental health.
