If you have a balance less than Rs. 1, and urgently need to make a call then you need to Press *123*4*Videocon Number that you want to call #. The other Videocon Number will receive a SMS on your behalf requesting for a Call back. Please note that this service is complimentary and you can avail 3 “Call me Back” requests. This service is applicable only for local Videocon numbers.
