What is Venous Duplex Doppler Ultrasound to assess varicose veins?
A non-invasive diagnostic procedure which is performed to assess venous insufficiency in varicose veins in the legs. Varicose veins are large rope-like veins in the legs. The valves in the deep, as well as the superficial venous systems are evaluated for incompetence. Where is the procedure done?
