Vehicle comparison is viewing two or more images of a vehicle and performing a specialist range of forensic tests and procedures in an attempt to determine whether or not they may contain one and the same vehicle. Vehicle speed assessment is harvesting a range of data of a moving vehicle and performing a specialist range of forensic tests, procedures and calculations in an attempt to determine or estimate the speed at which vehicle was moving at a given time.
