Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we would be happy to work with you in the event you temporarily remove your vacation rental from the rental market, or would like to transfer your listing to another vacation rental. Contact us and we will inactivate or transfer your listing for you. In both instances, the original term and renewal date will remain in force.
