What is USGBC’s Refund & Cancellation Policy for LEED Workshops?
Refund and Cancellation Policy Cancellations If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, you may cancel your registration up to and including eight days prior to the workshop date, and you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total workshop registration amount. No refunds will be given for cancellations that are requested less than eight days prior to the workshop date.
