I have not personally had good experiences with Airtran when I had to fly them. I have not been treated particularly well by their employees, and I have been stranded due to a late airplane and they did not help me at all. If I have other options, I typically will not fly on this airline.

My expirence with AirTran has not been a great one. Upon arriving for flight the ticket agent went on break or something she just left then when she came back it was 20mins til my flight was to leave after she laughed about making me miss my flight she guranteed that I would be on the next flight out so the next morning I went to the airport she did not complete the transaction therefore I had to miss out on a very important event that I had been looking forward to since December so I telling my story to anyone and everyone about AirTrans crappy customer service and how not to fly with them. Very Disappointed in AirTran Airways.
