What is up with chase banks payroll service?
Hey! I am having the same issue. It’s the second time this has happened in three days (for me at least). I called the customer service line and was told that there are some technical difficulties with Chase ATMs. The customer service rep went on to tell me that she could not give me a specific length of time when I asked how long an issue like this usually lasts. But she said I should be able to use the card at any store or gas station. In other words we can swipe, but we can’t withdraw. BTW, are you in the northeast? Just wondering because I’m in NYC and was not sure if it was just a NYC area occurrence or if it was widespread. Hope my answer helps.
