What is University Circle and where is it located?
University Circle is the nation’s largest concentration of cultural, educational and medical institutions within one square mile. The area is home to many world-class treasures including the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Western Reserve Historical Society, Cleveland Botanical Garden and Severance Hall, winter home of the Cleveland Orchestra. University Circle is located just four miles east of downtown Cleveland. You can reach University Circle by taking Carnegie, Chester or Euclid Avenues, by following I-90 E to the Martin Luther King Jr. Drive exit and follow the University Circle signs or by taking the RTA Healthline from Public Square.
