What is Universal Cheerleaders Association?
It is a 30year old company based in Memphis, TN who holds over 1100 camps each summer and trains over 200,000 cheerleaders annually. We also sponsor the National High School Cheerleading and Dance Team Championships, as well as, the College National Championship at Disney World in Orlando, FL. Known simply as UCA in the cheer world, we have two sister companies, Universal Dance Association (UDA) and Varsity Spirit Fashions, the leader in cheer and dance fashions. Camp Managers are the backbone of each camp. As a camp manager you will meet with university officials, register squads, work with cheer and dance instructors, communicate with the office in Memphis and supervise Jr. High and High School age participants.
