Students complete 5 semesters of clinical experience following admission to the ATEP. These clinical experiences occur at on-and off-campus clinical sites in collegiate athletics, high school athletics, outpatient rehabilitation, and urgent care/family practice and orthopedic clinics, including surgical observations. AT students are actively involved as student-athletes, resident assistants and campus leaders through on-and off-campus community service. The majority of our students have pursued graduate studies and have been awarded competitive graduate assistantships. Our pass rate on the BOC examination exceeds the national average, and we have 100% job or graduate school placement within 1 year of graduation. Recent alumni are attending graduate programs in physical therapy and athletic training and working as physician assistants, collegiate, outpatient, and high school athletic trainers, and emergency services personnel.
