What is understood by section forming using cold rolling?
The cross-section is created by continuous section forming at room temperature, i.e. cold. The cross-section area (material thickness) of the raw material is retained. Our section production process, roll section forming, is characterised by the fact that driven rolls located in sequence, gradually provide flat metal strip with the desired cross-section until the section attains its final form. Some of our cold rolling lines are up to 100 m long.
