UMSA (United Marine Suppliers Association) is the supplier counterpart to UMMA. In order to be an approved UMMA supplier, a company must belong to UMSA and conform to its Membership rules and guidelines. In so doing, UMSA strives to build a cooperative business partnership between the UMMA boat builders and the UMRA marine retailers. Just as UMMA is an advocate organization for the boat builders, UMSA is an advocate for the suppliers in order to enhance their collective ability to address the industry issues, which effect their survival and continued prosperity.
