Ult-Plus is a proprietary database, which competes with other database products sold in the Pick applications marketplace, which is now referred to as the Multi-Dimensional Community. Ult-Plus is solely owned by OSS Holdings, Inc. and is licensed by Operating System Support, Inc. Triad is a licensee of this product from OSS and distributes the Ult-Plus product to its customers. Ult-Plus allows for Pick application software such as Triad’s warehouse distributor product to operate on UNIX based computer systems such as the HP 9000. The Ultimate system software, which Triad claims it, owns is made up of modules such as your inventory, accounting and order entry, which provide the business functionality of your software. The term “Ultimate system software” is confusing and by no means relates to Ult-Plus in any way.
