The shooting happened just before noon at Legacy MetroLab in Tualatin and police said 39-year-old Robert James Beiser opened fire with a rifle and killed his estranged wife 36-year-old Teresa Marie Beiser – an employee at the lab – then killed himself. Court documents from Clackamas County Circuit Court show that Teresa filed for divorce from Robert on Oct. 30. Both were from Gladstone, Ore. Witnesses reported multiple shots at the business complex at Martinazzi Square – at the intersection of Southwest Martinazzi Avenue and Southwest Warm Springs Street – at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday.
