It is the ability to lead people into true praise and worship by taking them from singing to being anointed by the grace of the Holy Spirit, in a way that allows the Holy Spirt to fill them with His peace, His love, and His joy (through Spirit-filled music, people usually will actually be able to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit).
