What is TRIDIPANEL?

0

The Tridipanel consists of a rigid EPS core with 11-gauge steel welded wire 2″x2″ fabric mesh on both sides, held together with 9-gauge steel truss wires. The panels are fastened together in the field, and a minimum 1.5″ thickness of portland cement finish is machine- or hand-applied on both sides of the panel. The standard panels are 4’x8‘, but may be manufactured up to 40’ in length in 8″ increments. The EPS core is available in either 1- or 2-lb. density, in thicknesses ranging from 1.5″ to 5″ by half-inch increments. Polyisocyanurate foam may be specified in place of EPS. Wire gauges are available in 11, 12.5, and 14, in bright or galvanized.
