What is TravelAssist and why should I purchase it?
Our new TravelAssist Policy provides you with a full travel service. You will receive our contact telephone numbers, a special e-mail address for prioritized assistance, a “wish list” on e-mail so that you can tell us what your special requests are and we will assist you with any/all information pertaining to your booking and airfare. We will provide the following services FREE of charge: seating / meals / frequent flyer number / baby baskets / wheelchair requests and special baggage. Please note that we cannot guarantee this service as the confirmation of your requests depends on the airline. We charge a fee for requesting the service and not for the service itself. In some cases the airline might also charge fee, which we will have to charge you additionally or it might be possible to pay the airline directly before check/-in.
