eCopy ShareScan OP communications over UDP broadcast are very efficient. The data packets that travel back and forth between the MEAP -enabled device and the eCopy ShareScan OP Services Manager are very small in size (from 150 to 200 bytes maximum). This communication is also secure, as all of the data packets are encrypted for traveling over the network.
