What is Translation Express’s policy with regards to inaccurate translations?
Whilst Translation Express will always try to provide the translator with any accessible information regarding the document to be translated (such as glossaries, further specifications from the clients, translating instructions, etc.), it is up to the translator to carry out any necessary further terminological research. Translation Express will help translators liaise with clients where more technical information is required. In the event of an incomplete or substandard work being submitted, Translation Express maintains the right to withhold and/or reduce payment according to the level of inaccuracy without prior notice.
