What is TRACER?
TRACER is a point-to-point digital spread spectrum microwave radio. It operates in the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands of the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) spectrum as identified in Part 15.247 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules and Regulations. TRACER may be operated license free in the United States and many other countries. License free operation allows users to deploy TRACER quickly and economically without the delays and cost of FCC licensing and frequency coordination.
