What is Traceability and why is it important?
Traceability is knowing where your product comes from and how it was made. Healthy Oceans® product can be traced back to the farm, including the original pond and broodstock it came from. We can also trace feed supplies and components, water and environmental conditions that went into the Healthy Oceans® shrimp production through the Naturland and BAP certifications. The traceability then follows the product to market through the entire chain of custody, until it arrives at your supermarket.
