What is Town Square?

0

Town Square is a 32-acre mixed-use development that will serve as a new downtown for greater Fort Bend County. The development will represent the leading concept in urban design, combining the most appealing elements of a traditional downtown business district with the classic components of a walk able main street. Located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and State Highway 6, Town Square will contain 200,000 square feet of upscale Main Street retail topped by approximately 750,000 square feet of Class A office space along with the 300-room full-service Sugar Land Marriott Town Square, Sugar Land Conference Center and a new Sugar Land City Hall. Town Square will offer a number of benefits, including creating a focal point and identity for the City, addressing the need for first class hotel and meeting space and supporting the Citys continuing economic development.
