What is Total Connect by Honeywell?
Total Connect by Honeywell is a service offered by Honeywell dealers (watch video). It is a system that allows a business owner or property manager with a security system installed to remotely operate (arm/dis-arm), administer (add delete users, generate system reports) and monitor the system through a PDA or laptop computer. The system also sends email and/or text messages to the PDA or laptop (or both) of events (store opening, freezer alarm, late store closing, intrusion alarm, secure storage room opened, etc.).
