What is time-based billing?
Time-based, or hourly, service provides passengers with flexibility and a chauffeur dedicated to their needs. Hourly charges begin at the time a vehicle arrives to the pick up location and end when the reservation time expires. Clients can request for additional time service by calling our customer service call center 800-203-4084 Ext —- additional hours are billed in hour increments. A fuel surcharge, tolls and out-of-pocket expenses will be added to your bill. Please note that all rates are subject to change without notice.
