WHAT IS TICKET FORWARDING?
This service allows season ticket holders the opportunity to email tickets to friends, family or clients when they cannot attend a game. Simply log in to My Jaguars Account and select the ticket or group of tickets, enter the recipient’s information and select “forward.” You will not need the tickets in hand in order to do this. During the forwarding process, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast with a unique barcode that can be printed right away with any standard printer.
Ticket Forwarding is a service offered to myJAZZ Account Manager users that allows you to forward your tickets to friends, family, clients or anyone, up to two hours before a game. It’s safe & convenient. Within minutes, your new best friend will receive an email with the tickets attached. All they have to do is print the tickets.
