What is this Slimming Worlds EXTRA EASY plan all about?
I have also been trying to do SW from home, but my motivation has somewhat strayed over recent weeks. I saw this new plan in the magazine, but I can’t find much info on it as I don’t think it’s officially launched in classes until the new year. From what I have read on various forums, they have started rolling it out in classes/giving out the booklets etc, but they are still keeping it pretty much hush hush until it has been rolled out everywhere. From what I can gather, it differs from the current SW plan as instead of having red days and green days, you can eat everything (i.e. foods that are usually free on seperate days) For example, you could have spaghetti bolognese with as much meat sauce, and as much pasta as you like. As I said, I don’t know an awful lot about it, but I think they are also doing away with one of your HEB choices, so you would only be allowed 1 per day instead of 2 – although saying that, a lot of people use their 2nd HEB for potatoes with an evening meal, but
