What is this pain in my wrist / hand muscles?

If you are having wrist pain whether it be from carpal tunnel or other problems this should help you out by doing this release of your wrist: For wrist: Have your hand and fingers half closed. Take your other hand and press that thumb across the area they take your pulse on and press on it hard and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds slowly open your hand all the way and then open your fingers all the way. Remove the pressure but hold your hand like that for one minute longer.
