What is this Carmen Winstead story?
Carmen Winstead, or Jessica Smith, is a fictional story told to be true by 3 teenagers on MySpace. Of course, it isn’t true, and will never be. In February 1998, 5 girls pushed Carmen Winstead, a 9 year old girl into a sewer during a fire drill so they can embarrass Carmen. Carmen did not get out from the sewer, and the police were notified. The girls told the police that she ‘tripped and fell’. 8 years later, police found 17 year old Carmen Winstead’s body in the sewer. Police saw her head was half stuck to her body by a ladder. The hospital examined her via autopsy, and police finally realized that she was pushed into the sewer. At this day, Police are looking for the 5 girls involved in this incident.
