What is thermal shock and how does it affect my Brighton sink?
Brighton acrylic sinks will withstand temperatures up to 365F. In normal daily use, stove top kitchenware is generally below 365F. However some frying pans and cast iron pots that have been cooking at high heat may be over this temperature. In these cases care should be taken by letting the pot or pan cool first.
