What is there to do in Orlando beside the theme parks?

Orlando is a very diversified location. Besides the wide range of theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld)there are numerous smaller attractions (Gatorland, Wet-n-Wild, etc). But the gem of the “entertainment strip” are the many dinner shows (Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, Dixie Stampede, Pirates, Sleuth’s and more). A trip to Orlando/Kissimmee with out a visit to one of these fabulous locations is not complete.
