This is place to relax and get away. The beach and sunsets are awesome. The Chesapeake Bay is usually warm and clear from May to November. The beach is walking distance from the Cape Charles Hotel Historic Inn is a favorite place for couples and families, who can swim and play in the shallow water and the normally calm Chesapeake Bay surf. There are also 2 world class golf courses, great fishing, sailing and kayaking. The Schooner Serenity goes out for 2 hour sunset sails.
