What is there to do in and around Flagstaff AZ?
First and foremost, there is the Flagstaff Children’s Museum. Like other Children’s Museums there will be an endless supply of kid-oriented exhibits and activities, ideal for anyone under the age of 12. Current exhibits include: Historic Portrait Exhibit (In May, June, and July we will be having a very exciting exhibit in which children can transport themselves back in time. Children will dress in costumes similar to the fashions in a series of classic paintings on display. The children may then have a poloroid taken of themselves standing “in the painting”. A series of related workshops and activities will allow participants to delve further into the themes.) and A Child’s View of Trappings of the American West, May 23- June 15. 516 N.
