What is the YTD Interest for my loan?
The YTD Interest can be located on the Account Snapshot screen within Consumer Internet. To view the Account Snapshot screen within Consumer Internet, you must be logged into Consumer Internet. From the Account List screen, click on the loan for which you would like to see the YTD Interest. This will automatically take you to the Account History screen. From this screen, you should click on “View Details”. This will bring you to the Account Snapshot screen. If you have any questions, please call customer service at 1-888-438-8837.
