Hummm. Thats a tough one. Making wine from these kits is so easy, the worst that might happen is you could end up with 30 bottles of a style of wine that is not what you expected. If you are contemplating making a style you are not familiar with, we suggest purchasing the commercial equivalent at the store. Dont buy the least expensive bottle, you might end up purchasing a wine that wont be a good example for the style. Always shoot for a bottle valued at between eight and twelve dollars since this will be close to what you will be making. Most stores with good wine sections have individuals that can help you in your selection.
