Wingate indicates V3.0.0.1 released May 5 fixes this problem. The initial release of Wingate 3.0 has a problem with random freezes of the Wimgate server. When this occurs, the ISP cannot be accessed from the client or server machines and timeout errors occur. When the Wingate Gatekeeper is also open and displayed, the first failed operation is displayed in the activity panel.
