When a client processes a PC to PC call to his interlocutor, the voice signals are at first transferred to digital data form on your personal computer. These digital data are transmitted via the Web to the interlocutor’s computer Internet Protocol address. When the data are received, they’re again transferred into voice at interlocutor’s PC and he hears the client’s voice, being able to communicate.
