What is the work of the Holy Spirit ?
those who believe we have been given “the right to become children of God.” Once we accept Jesus as Savior and Lord His Holy Spirit takes up residence within us. We then must daily ask to be filled by His presence. When we do this we are able to access the spiritual strength necessary to overcome walking in the flesh. We then begin to recognize things about ourselves and those around us that were once simply overlooked. We also begin to respond quite differently. This is why we pray “Give us today our daily bread.” God has promised to take care of His children. His Word is “manna from heaven” it is spiritual food necessary for our soul’s wellbeing. I do not at all mean this in a ritualistic legalistic manner. It may help to perhaps begin try thinking of His Word as a vital daily necessary delicious nutritious passion fruit full of essential nutrients? It is supposed to be “a lamp unto our feet and a Light unto our path.” Take some time and feast on what God’s Word tells us in Galatians
