What is the word limit for each field within the form?
Applicants should be aware that there are character limits set for each text box within the application form; this is to ensure that the form can print out correctly and the limits depend on the amount of text inserted into each box. If applicants are cutting and pasting text into the application form and exceed the character limit, an error message will appear which states ‘There is too much text to fit on printed form. It has been changed to indicate where the limit has been reached’. A symbol ‘<----->‘ will appear within the body of text inserted to indicate the character limit for the text box. The text can be removed and placed into a word processing document to determine the character limit for the box to help applicants adjust their text to fit the required word limit. We are currently working on a more effective way to monitor the amount of information entered in to the text boxes. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
