I’m assuming you mean the highest number that has a specific name; if this is the case, probably what you are looking for is known as “Graham’s Number”, which is “is often described as the largest number that has ever been seriously used in a mathematical proof” (much larger even than a googol or googolplex) It should be noted that this is only the “highest number” by virtue of the fact that no one has found a use for or named any higher numbers.
