The WAA is the newly formed agency in Wisconsin responsible for the development of Spaceports and Space related educational and tourist facilities in Wisconsin. Their first project is to build a Science and Education Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin by converting the Old Historic Armory Building into such a facility.
