What is the Wilmslow Guild anyway?
A. Wilmslow Guild is an independent adult education centre which was formed in 1926. Education at the Guild takes three forms: • Weekly classes on subjects as diverse as lacemaking, folk dancing and Egyptology • Day schools on subjects such as calligraphy, Reiki, the Internet and cookery • Clubs and societies such as the Gardening Club, Audio Visual Group, Naturalists and, of course, Drama Studies – better known as Wilmslow Guild Players!
