What is the Williams-Sonoma return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a Williams-Sonoma purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for exchange or merchandise credit; refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash. Refund checks are not available to registrants for registry gifts. You may return Williams-Sonoma merchandise at any Williams-Sonoma store or by mail.
