What is the Wheatsville Food Co-op, the starting point shown in the banner at the top of each page?

One of the things that attracted me to Austin was the presence of what I perceived to be ‘a lot’ of co-ops. (I’ve since been told that the Bay Area actually has a bunch more co-ops than Austin.
