The new Westpark Tollway is the first-of-its-kind for Harris County, in that access to the facility is restricted to EZ TAG users only. FFunded and constructed by Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA), the Westpark Tollway extends from the intersection of Post Oak Boulevard and Richmond in Uptown Houston to Highway 6.
