What is the West Sussex Grid for Learning (WSGfL)?
The WSGfL is a website for the learning community of West Sussex, which includes learners, teachers, managers, governors, administration staff in schools, parents and West Sussex County Council – the Local Education Authority. The site was launched in November 2000. It is part of the National Grid for Learning strategy, which is a Government initiative to help learners and educators in the UK to benefit from information and communications technology (ICT). It is a vital part of the Government’s commitment to the creation of a connected learning society in which learning is increasingly accessible and adapted to individual needs.
