What is the west elm “design dollars” program?
The west elm “design dollars” program is automatically available to new west elm credit card customers. “design dollars” begin accumulating with your first purchase. You will receive 25 “design dollars” for every $250 spent on total purchases (net of returns and credits) with your west elm credit card at any west elm store, catalog, or online at westelm.com. “design dollars” are issued monthly depending on your purchases at the close of business every billing cycle and will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks. Your account must be open, in good standing and/or not more than two payments past due at the time the “design dollars” are issued. “design dollars” must be used within 90 days of issuance. Monthly dollar activity is detailed on your monthly billing statement. Dollar balances will carry over from statement to statement until a certificate is earned or until the account is closed.
