What is the welfare system?

Technically the system no longer exists. It was replaced about a decade ago. A short study is that it is a limited system, which provides insufficiently and ineffectively to those who are generally either the victims of our economic system (Which runs on unemployment AKA “Supply and Demand”) or they are children and can’t work, the elderly, who have already worked, and the disabled who can’t work. There is such a large number, when compared to those who have, that if there were no system at all we would have anarchy on our hands and the rich would not be very safe in this country! That is exactly why Aparthied did not work, even though the whites had all the guns. Take away the measly system and you will find out what South Africa went through!
