What is the WebBroker IdentificationPlus feature?
WebBroker IdentificationPlus is an additional layer of security that protects access to your account information by having you provide responses to questions that only you would know. Once you have registered for WebBroker IdentificationPlus, it learns which computers you normally use to access WebBroker. If you should login from a computer that you dont normally use or if you perform certain transactions in WebBroker, you may be asked to answer one of the security questions that you have set up.
