Is my home cleaned each day? Our Orlando Vacation Rentals are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Unfortunately, however, daily maid service is not available. For your convenience, the home does have a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum, mop, and brush. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay clean can be arranged. However, this must be booked with the rental office prior to arrival.

The weather in Brownsville, Texas is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer than all other Texas location and is the best climate in Texas per Rand McNally. Brownsvilles location produces cool dry Gulf breezes in the summer with humidity below 50%, rarely exceeding 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and an average breeze of 10 to 12 miles per hour during the day. Summer evenings are normally range in the 70s. The winter averages from about 70 degrees Fahrenheit highs in the day to about 50 degrees Fahrenheit lows at night. The weather at Put-in-Bay is much like all of northern Ohio coastal communities. In spring and fall a light jacket our sweatshirt is recommend for evenings. Island dress is casual. Current weather and a 10-day forecast may be found in our weather section. Just remember, it NEVER rains in our great restaurants and bars!
Keep in mind, our guests rarely let weather stop them from doing anything, and experienced travelers don’t let weather get in their way of having a good time. This being said, it rains a lot in the tropics. Mid-January thru Mid-May tend to be the drier months, while June, July and November tend to be the wetter. November through March we’re subject to getting strong north winds that can last up to a week, though they often bring little or no rain. Mid-August thru Mid-October are often the calmest months, with moderate rain and light breezes, and Mid-April thru Mid-May can be the same way.
